The Buddha Walks Into A Bar: A Guide To Life For A New Generation by Lodro Rinzler

Rinzler manages to simultaneously create a serious and light-hearted book on meditation. The reader is walked through traditional Buddhist teachings and is offered different ways to incorporate them into day to day life, without needing to dedicate four hours to meditation each day. We are shown how Buddhism and meditation can impact all parts of our lives while still enjoying beer, food and relationships. This is a great read for anyone looking for a little extra peace.
